Gooey Chocolate Brownies

Around here, these brownies seem to disappear within hours. I kid you not! Especially when served warm with ice cream and strawberries.

You know those awesome brownie Mudslides you can get at Dairy Queen? These work well in a homemade version of those. Absolutely scrumptious!

Gooey Chocolate Brownies     (Print Recipe Here)

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla. Beat.

Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Stir in flour until combined well.

Pour into lightly greased bar pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20. Will rise and fall.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

**Add 1 cup chocolate chips for an added chocolatey-ness! Yum!
